BCCC is a before and after school program for children in grades K-4 in the city of Bay Village, Ohio. BCCC also provides several enrichment classes such as Spanish, French, Japanese and Music. Before & After School Program is for children K-4 that attend Normandy, Westerly or St. Raphael's Schools. Bay Village school buses provide transportation to and from Bethesda. Hours of operation for the Before & After School Program are 7:00am- until time for school and arrival at Bethesda until 6:30pm.
